Reservation conditions

A credit card number with expiry date and CVC code will be required to guarantee your room.
Companies: a confirmation email from the company guaranteeing payment of stay for non compliance with cancellation conditions or modification.
Groups (minimum 5 rooms): A deposit of 50% of the stay will be asked for at confirmation.

Cancellations or modifications outside of event bookings
2 days before arrival: no fee
Less than 2 days before date of arrival: 1st night charged + 50% of the rest of the stay.
No show or early departure: the entire stay is charged.

Cancellations or changes during exhibitions and / or for groups (minimum 5 rooms).
15 days prior to arrival: no fee.
Less than 15 days prior to arrival: full stay is charged.
No show or early departure: the entire stay is charged.

All cancellations must be sent in writing.
